Session: Strategic Content Publishing Decisions: How do I get my organization from here to there?

When done well, publishing content to multiple media can be a beautiful thing. When done poorly, it can have some nasty unintended consequences. When it's up to you to lay out a strategy for your department or organization, what pitfalls should you watch for?
Some of the most important conversations at conferences happen in the hallways, when an animated disussion breaks out between a practtioner and a consultant, and perhaps a vendor who has overheard the conversation and joined in to offer yet another perspective. What happens is a frank, balanced discussion that results in the big aha. We wanted to bring those discussions into the conference for the benefit of all delegates, and to help decide which afternoon workshop to attend.
